hello! It will be our first trip to WDW. We are coming from an international flight from Toronto. Questions are 1) After customs do we drop of our luggages for DME to take them to our room? if we wanted that option

    Hi Nikka,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! It’s always wonderful to be able to help a fellow Canadian.

If you’re flying to Orlando International Airport from Toronto, that means that you’ll be clearing U.S. Customs in Canada, before you board your flight. Because of this, when your flight arrives in Orlando, it gets treated like a domestic flight. This will allow you to put the yellow Disney’s Magical Express tags on your luggage when you wave goodbye to it in Canada and have it “automagically” whisked off to your Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

I’m not sure what your other questions were, but I’d be more than happy to answer them! Please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us or to ask me any follow-up questions you may have about your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a Magical Day,
