This will be our first trip to WDW and I am beginning to panic. My son and his family will be arriving before we do - can they check in to our resort Old Key West without us? and if they do - how do my husband and I get our Key to the World? Thanks

    Hi Greg,

No worries!  If your son and his family arrive before you do, they can go to the check-in desk at Disney's Old Key West Resort to pick up their Key to the World cards (room keys).  They will have the option to pick up all of the keys for the room or they could leave your keys behind so they will be there when you arrive.  You and your son should determine before anyone arrives whether you will leave a credit card on file with the resort.  That would allow anyone in the room to have charging privileges on your Key to the World cards.  If you wish to have a card on file, you might want to consider online check-in up to ten days in advance of your stay. You can enter the credit card of your choice at that time.  Of course, you can also opt to decline charging privileges.

Have an amazing first trip to Walt Disney World!
