This is our first trip and we would like to stay at a resort within reasonable walking distance to Epcot or Magic Kingdom. Is that possible?

    Hi, Janice!

For a quick walk to Epcot, you might be interested in the Boardwalk, Yacht Club, or Beach Club.  Boat transportation is also provided to Epcot from these resorts.  These are all considered Deluxe accommodations.

If you want to walk to the Magic Kingdom, your only option is the Contemporary.  Other resorts close to the Magic Kingdom (but you need to take the monorail) are the Polynesian and Grand Floridian.  The Contemporary is also on this monorail line.  All of these Magic Kingdom resorts are in the Deluxe category.

You can't go wrong with any of these choices;  They are all amazing!  Click HERE to compare each of the resorts.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
