First trip for our DS 6 & 2. We have park tix for 1/30 - 2/6. What park itinerary would you recommend? Staying at Grand Floridian. Thanks for all the help!

    Hi Erin!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.

The crowds should be low to medium during that time period, except perhaps for the Superbowl Sunday Weekend.  Thus you really don't have to plan your parks around the estimated crowds; instead I would plan based on what reservations you can get for popular restaurants or some other factors.  For example, you might want to put together a plan given the fact that your children are young and that young children sometimes like some parks better than others.

I would suggest something along the lines of:
    • Epcot
    • Disney's Animal Kingdom
    • Magic Kingdom
    • Disney's Hollywood Studios
    • Magic Kingdom
    • Return to a favorite

The Magic Kingdom is a favorite of most young children; you can easily spend two whole days in the park.  That's also true for Epcot, though Epcot has a reputation for not being the best park for young children; hence I suggest visiting that park first (in other words, before your children have a taste of the Magic Kingdom).

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
