HI! First trip w the family (kids 2, 4) ~9 days & counting. We booked our TS but are currently looking for suggestions for QS at the parks. We were looking for options other than hamburgers/hots every day! My son (4yr) has an egg allergy as well. THANK

    Hi Rebecca,

There are definitely some quick service options that offer more than hamburgers and hot dogs. You probably already know this, but there is a food allergy guide that is available at each counter service restaurant.  Some of the restaurants have more complete, easy to read guides than others, but the information is available.  Obviously, the safest & easiest option would be to ask for any vegan options. Now for the fun part - recommendations:

    • Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree Barbecue
    • Magic Kingdom: Tomorrowland Terrace is only opened seasonally, but it has great options and might be open while you are there. Cosmic Ray's has burgers, but you can also get rotisserie chicken, pulled pork sandwiches and grilled chicken.  Don't forget to stop at Aloha Isle and try a Dole Whip float - pineapple soft serve in pineapple juice.  It's a favorite.
    • Epcot: Sunshine Seasons in the Land Pavilion is a food court with tons of options.  Mexico Pavilion has some good counter service options too.
    • Hollywood Studios: this park has the least amount of options.  I always suggest table service when dining here.  They do have turkey legs.  Studio Catering Company has good sandwiches, and Pizza Planet offers, well, pizza.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
