First trip with my family - 4 boys (8, 6, 3, and 7 months) They love Star Wars, but not really into characters. Planning 4 days. Please help me decide on best resort to stay for convenience (nap back each day) and space(would love a suite or divided rooms)

    Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I imagine that the excitement about your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort is contagious at your house! Having traveled with my girls when they needed naps, I understand the importance of resort convenience.

There are a variety of Resort Hotels that could accommodate your family but for convenience, I recommend staying at a resort with access to the monorail. Disney's Contemporary Resort and Bay Lake Tower are within walking distance of Magic Kingdom and have access to the monorail. The walk from the resort to Magic Kingdom takes about 10 minutes. They have standard rooms that can sleep five and suites that can sleep six to nine guests. Suites would have ample space.

Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Polynesian Villas and Bungalows have rooms that can accommodate five to eight guests. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa also has access to the monorail and has rooms that can accommodate five to eight guests. These resorts also have water taxi service to Magic Kingdom.

If your family will spend more time at Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios, you may want to try Disney's Board Walk Inn or Disney's Beach Club Villas. The two-bedroom villa at Beach Club Villas would have plenty of space with divided rooms.

I do hope you have a magical time - naps included!
