We are going on our first trip ever to Disneyworld 9/25 - 10/2. we purchased the 8 day park hopper ticket, but without the water park optioin. Is it a better deal to buy the tickets at the park for one day or to add them on to the ticket package we have?

Hi Ann! First, a big congratulations on your soon-to-become-reality first Disney World visit! Get the camera ready, because many magical moments will be in store for you and family when you visit :-) If you're looking to visit just 1 water park on 1 day, you'll probably come out a few dollars cheaper just purchasing the tickets at the gate (or guest relations at any of the theme parks). There's normally a slight upcharge in the Water Parks & More option compared to 1 day tickets at the gate. If, however, you are thinking about hitting the other water park, or the And More piece such as DisneyQuest, definitely go with the option added to your package. Have a Tiggerific time on your Disney vacation!

If you're looking to visit just 1 water park on 1 day, you'll probably come out a few dollars cheaper just purchasing the tickets at the gate (or guest relations at any of the theme parks). There's normally a slight upcharge in the Water Parks & More option compared to 1 day tickets at the gate. If, however, you are thinking about hitting the other water park, or the "And More" piece such as DisneyQuest, definitely go with the option added to your package.
