First trip! We will be in Epcot on May 7th on daughter's 18th and husband's 40th birthday. How far in advance does Disney release dates for Frozen Dessert Party? This is the only way I can find to celebrate them and I don't want to miss it!

    Hello, dear Christy!

Thank you for allowing the Disney Parks Moms Panel to celebrate these special moments with you, your daughter, and your husband!

A Dessert Party is indeed one of the best ways to close a day at the Walt Disney World Resort. My friends and I recently experienced a Dessert Party with a magnificent view of Epcot Forever, and it was priceless. Not only we had great treats and a marvelous sight, but we also experienced Epcot's atmosphere in an entirely new way!

It was the BEST way to celebrate our friendship and the opportunity to be together at this incredible place that's the Walt Disney World Resort!

Unique options like the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party are usually announced about two months before they happen. Because of that, I always like to arrange my dining reservations, FastPass+ plans, and then fit these special moments.

When I plan my vacations, I always love to have a backup in place just in case I'm not able to fit exclusive Dessert Parties on my days. In your case, I'd suggest making a dining reservation at Epcot.

Places like the new and instigating Takumi-Tei and the classic Monsieur Paul are so exquisite that they're perfect for celebrations like yours. To make it even more memorable, you can also plan to have a cake delivered to your table and the end of the meal!

When the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party eventually becomes available, you can then decide to add it to your plans or even to cancel the reservations entirely. As long as you respect the cancellation policies of each location, you will be able to enjoy a lot of flexibility!

You can even book this dinner on the first seating and combine this exceptional meal with a Dessert Party! Two birthday celebrations in a day call for a little extravaganza, don't they?

I hope that this night is as magical as it can be, Christy! If more questions about your trip arise, don't forget to stop by. We love to help Guests create memories at the Walt Disney World Resort!

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
