This will be our first trip to Disneyland. I have two boys ages 6 and 8. Can you recommend a few places to eat in the parks and hotels that will work well for all of us, including a picky eater. What are your favorites?

    Hello Kolby!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you are having a magical week!

I have three boys myself, ages 7 to 16, and they would probably be happy just to eat all day long when we visit Disneyland Resort. Food is my favorite part! We have a few favorite places in both Disneyland Park and Disney’s California Adventure Park.

Over at Disneyland Park, Big Thunder Ranch Barbecue is a family favorite, hands down. It is casual dining but I recommend making reservations ahead of time, just in case you happen upon a busy day. Just thinking about their barbecue chicken is making my mouth water!

In California Adventure, Flo’s V8 Cafe is where you can always find us. In Cars Land, this quick service cafe has a nice variety of food and sitting outside, behind the cafe, is a great place to watch the Radiator Springs Racers cars zoom by. The views are just as magical as the food too.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any other questions while planning your trip!
