We are going for our first trip to Disney in oct and have tickets to see La Nouba for a 6pm show. We are undecided between having dinner at T-Rex café or Rainforest café before. Rainforest seems far on the map, how far is it by foot? Is the boat

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Isabelle!

A first trip to Disney is always exciting and October will be here before you know it.  If you're staying at a Disney Resort, be sure to pick up your "1st Visit" buttons for each of you when you check-in. You can also get them at any of the Guest Relations locations at any of the theme parks.

Sounds like you have a wonderful evening planned at Downtown Disney. You're going to love La Nouba by Cirque du Soleil.

Rainforest Café is located in the Marketplace Area and Cirque du Soleil is in the West Side Area which is the far opposite side of Downtown Disney.  Its quite a hike by foot but you can easily take a boat.  The West Side Dock is very convenient to Cirque due Soleil and the Marketplace Dock is right next to Rainforest Café. T-REX is closer to Cirque du Soleil if you're going to walk but with the docks located at Rainforest Café and Cirque du Soleil, that would be a much easier option.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions. We're thrilled to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
