Hi, there!
Amanda, I'm so happy to hear about your upcoming vacation. There's so much to experience at the
Walt Disney World Resort with little ones! It's my pleasure to help you plan a magical visit.
Plan on spending at least one day in each of the four theme parks. If you have an extra day or days to spare, spend them at Magic Kingdom Park. My kids like to spend three days in Magic Kingdom Park during our vacations; two days to experience everything, and a third to revisit our favorites! 30 days prior to your arrival, make sure you reserve FastPass+ access for attractions your son will love. You can review a list of
FastPass+ eligible attractions on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Here's a tip: don't make a FastPass+ selection for Dumbo the Flying Elephant. The queue for this attraction is an indoor playground, and it's the one place where my kids actually enjoy waiting!
Book a
Character Dining Experience during your stay. Your family will get to enjoy a fantastic meal with the company of some of Disney's most beloved characters. Even better? Since he's under age 3, your son can eat for free at all-you-can-eat dining locations like Chef Mickey's and The Crystal Palace!
Be sure to take an afternoon break. Whether that means leaving the theme parks for an afternoon nap, or seeking some peace and quiet in the
Baby Care Centers, your little guy will be ready for more adventure after a much-needed rest.
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Amanda. Please visit us again soon!
