It's our first trip to Disney in April! We won't be arriving at PO FQ until around 8:30 pm, I know my daughter will be too excited to sleep. Any ideas as to what we could do for fun at that time in the evening? Thanks! I love this panel!

Hi Tracy! Congratulations on your first trip to Walt Disney World! If you'd like something to do in the evening, allow me to share with you some of the things my family enjoys. From the Port Orleans-French Quarter, you can take a boat ride over to Downtown Disney where you'll find shopping, dining, and entertaining. Another favorite is heading over to the Boardwalk, where there are some additional dining options and it's nice to have a leisurely stroll (and some ice cream, too).  If you'd prefer to stay close to your resort, you'll find the pool and arcade, and playground are still open at that time. The POFQ has a campfire sing along at night, but depending on their schedule for that day you may not be there in time. I would suggest checking with them in the days leading up to your trip. Also, in case you arrive earlier then mentioned, you may want to resort hop over to the Polynesian resort and catch the fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant from the beach there. Just check the Calendar for the fireworks schedule. The Electrical Water Pageant is usually at 9pm, but can vary on some nights so again, check in the days leading up to your arrival. I hope this gives you a few ideas on which to go with, come back to the Moms Panel if you have any more questions!
