This our first trip to Disney with our almost 1 year old. Any tips for traveling to Disney parks with such a tiny tot? I want to get the most out of our trip and maximize our time.

Sarah, you and your child will have a magical adventure on your trip to Walt Disney World. To make this trip even better I would definitely recommend trying to stay at on of the many wonderful Disney On Site Accommodations. These resorts will fit any budget without missing any of that Disney magic you have grown to love. One of the main reasons I suggest staying on site is the huge transportation benefit. When I stayed with my kids at Disney's Polynesian Resort we took full advantage of the monorail dropping us off right in front of the hotel. We used it for a quick return to the hotel for nap time, to go back to the room form the Magic Kingdom to retrieve the sweatshirts I left in the room and the other time we forgot the baby formula. Getting back to the room and then quickly back to vacation without the long wait for a cab made it so much better for the whole family. I think this tip is so important when you plan because it allows you to spend more time creating magical memories with the ones you love, and that is what vacation is all about anyway. Have a wonderful trip.
