48d to our first trip! 2 adults, 7y, 6y, 3y old. Need to know how long we need to get from parks to places for dinner...MK to 1900 Park Fare? From MK to Chef Mickeys? From AK to Sanaa? From MK to Ohana?

    Hi Tammy,

It sounds like you have some amazing dinner reservations lined up for your fast-approaching Disney vacation!  Can I come too?

1900 Park Fare, Chef Mickey's, and 'Ohana are all very close to the Magic Kingdom.  I would allow yourself thirty minutes from the front of the theme park to get to these restaurants.  Take the resort monorail to Chef Mickey's since Disney's Contemporary Resort is the first stop.  Chef Mickey's can be found on the fourth floor at this resort.  You will see it as you disembark the monorail.

If the weather is nice, take the boat to 1900 Park Fare in Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and 'Ohana at Disney's Polynesian Resort.  Take the monorail to these destinations if it is raining hard.  Be sure to allow yourself some time either before or after your meal to explore these gorgeous resorts.

To get to Sanaa at Kidani Village, board a bus at Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park.  When the bus arrives five minutes later at Disney's Animal Kingdom Resort, be sure to disembark at Kidani Village, not Jambo House.  Sanaa is on the ground floor at Kidani Village.  This trip, from start to finish, will probably take you twenty minutes, assuming you might need to wait a short while for a bus to arrive.

Have an amazing visit to Walt Disney World this fall!
