First timers, planning a trip to Walt Disney with a 2 yr old and a soon to be 4 yr old. What ages are appropriate for taking a child to WDW so they enjoy it (ride rides, remember, etc.)

    Hi Melissa,

Congratulations on planning your first trip to Walt Disney World! This experience will be something that you and your family will never forget.

One of the biggest misnomers when deciding to visit Walt Disney World is that younger princes and princesses will have limited fun within the parks. My almost 4 year old princess has been 3 times since she's been born, and has detailed memories of special experiences during our trips. She loves the character meet and greets, the attractions for all ages and the fun shows. Your children are the perfect age for your upcoming magical vacation.

Walt Disney World has a great website that features vacation plans and ideas for smaller children. There are over 68 attractions that they can enjoy! Here is the website: Walt Disney World for preschoolers.

I hope this answered your question, Melissa. If you have any more questions before your upcoming vacation, please feel free to ask us at any time. We're always here to help.

    Have a fantastical Disney day!
