    First Timer, our trip will be next October, I was wondering on the refillable mugs that comes with the dining plans, when/how do you receive them?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Marisol. You must be so excited to plan your first visit to Walt Disney World Resort! There is nothing like it and I am sure you will make some incredible memories.

    After you check-in to your Disney Resort Hotel, head over to the Food Court or other designated Rapid Fill Resort Refillable Mug location to pick up your mug. You'll need to stop by a register so a Cast Member can scan both your mug and your MagicBand to activate it for the duration of your stay.

    You may use your Disney Rapid Fill Resort Refillable Mug at Quick Service restaurant locations in any Disney Resort Hotel. However, they may not be used for free refills inside the parks.
