First timer have no idea where to start I have a 3 yr old she’ll be 4 in July I’m open to any and all suggestions I’m completely overwhelmed

Hey there, Andrea! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so excited to help you plan your trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! I know it can be a little overwhelming with so many attractions, options, tickets, and dining choices, but don't worry, I'm here to help you every step of the way. Plus, I have a 3-year-old who will be turning four in August, just like you, so I'm confident that I can help you plan the perfect trip. Are you ready to dive in?

First things first, let's talk about where to stay. Choosing the right place to stay can make a big difference in your trip, and there are so many great options to choose from. If you have your dates confirmed, I recommend staying at a Disney Collection Resort hotel. You'll get to enjoy free transportation, extended hours at the Theme Parks, and the ability to book restaurants in advance. Plus, I love taking a break in the afternoon to nap or swim before heading back to the parks at night when it's cooler and more comfortable for the little ones. And, with buses and the Disney Skyliner located right in front of the parks, getting back to your hotel has never been easier!

Now, let's talk about the Theme Parks. With four Theme Parks, two Water Parks, Disney Springs, and more, it can be tough to decide where to go. If you're a first-timer, I suggest visiting Magic Kingdom Park at least twice. There are so many attractions, character encounters, and a fabulous nighttime show that your little Princess will adore. For a second park, I recommend Disney's Animal Kingdom. Your kids will love the ambiance, interactive Pandora - The World of Avatar, the Dinoland playground, the animal encounters at Kilimanjaro Safaris, and the magical show Festival of the Lion King. But, no worries, no matter which Theme Park you choose, they're all amazing and offer something unique for everyone.

Lastly, let's talk about the Memory Maker package and the Disney Genie+ service. These are both fantastic options that can make your trip even more magical. With Memory Maker, you can use the Disney PhotoPass professional photographers in all Theme Parks and download all the photos you take during your trip. And with Disney Genie+, you can make Lightning Lane selections to save you precious time waiting for attractions. These services are especially helpful when you're traveling with a 3-year-old who isn't too keen on waiting in long lines.

I hope this information helps you plan your trip, Andrea. But, if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We're here to help you every step of the way and make sure you have the most amazing time with your family. So, don't worry, you're in good hands!
