Hi Melissa!
This is a tough decision for any guest planning a great evening in the Magical Kingdom.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a highlight in November and December and the party is sure to get even Scrooge in the holiday spirit.
Two of the biggest events during the party are the parade and the special holiday fireworks. Both of these will be things you will not want to miss. In the past the parade has marched down Main Street and through Frontierland twice a night at 8:30 and 11. Obviously the second parade offers a slightly easier time to find a front row view but it can be too late for families with little ones. The fireworks time is a bit up in the air right now with the possibility of it being either 9:15 or 10pm.
Your 9:05 reservation kind of sits right in the middle of the action and although it can be possible to do it all especially if the fireworks are at 10pm the question to you would be, do you want to rush and stress through the evening?
When my family heads to the park for one of the special event parties we try to arrive after 4pm and dine somewhere before the party begins at 7pm. That way we have the entire evening to enjoy the attractions, entertainment, and special character meet and greets that are only offered that night.
The
Be Our Guest restaurant is a beautiful dining location but it honestly is not anywhere near my favorite place to go. My grandchildren have not enjoyed any of their meals there although I believe they have improved the menu options for children since opening. The main dining hall is crowded and quite noisy in my book too.
You have other options for table service locations and some great quick service spots in the park that I suggest.
