Hi Ashley! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
One of the BEST things about traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort is that there are multiple options available for a wide range of budgets! I would love to offer some suggestions so your family can enjoy this magical destination and still save some money.
For your stay, I suggest looking into a
Disney Resort hotel in the value category. There are a few to choose from, but I suggest Disney's Pop Century Resort for both a comfortable AND affordable stay. You receive a lot of
benefits by staying at a Disney Resort hotel and these benefits (like complimentary transportation) truly help save money, too! Make sure to check on the current
Special Offers to view any discounts that are being offered as well.
For
Walt Disney World theme park tickets, you can look on the ticket calendar to see the less expensive days to buy tickets and that is super helpful when planning your trip! On days that you are in the theme parks, you can bring in your own food and drinks to save on meals. Just
avoid bringing in glass containers (except for small ones like baby food jars), alcoholic beverages, and coolers or bags larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high.
Another tip is to purchase some small Disney-themed items like toys and apparel at one of your local stores and give them to your kiddos during your trip. This will help save cash on souvenirs, but will still be just as exciting for them!
I hope these tips help with your planning, Ashley! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
