    Hi! First time in WDW in 2 wks, can't wait! Staying at AKL have 2 small kids. which part of resort would you recommend we request so we can be close to the bus stops and maybe the pool? Thanks for input! Love the panel, it's my daily read since we booked!

    We were at the Animal Kingdom Lodge last spring with two small children and our room was on the zebra trail.  I would definitely recommend it - the location was perfect for us.  It was close to the restaurants, lobby, pool, and the bus stop, but we also had some fabulous views of the savanna. 

    I'd suggest that you call the resort to request your room preference now.  If you wait until check-in, you may not get your first choice.
