Hi Besaida!
A first trip to Disney World can be exciting and overwhelming. No worries! You've come to the right place! When my boys were that age, we spent most of our time in the Magic Kingdom (MK) and found it very convenient to stay in 1 of the 3 the resorts along the Resort Monorail Line: Contemporary, Polynesian or Grand Floridian.
There are advantages to staying in 1 of the resorts along the monorail line including little to no wait time getting to the MK. You can also transfer from the Resort Monorail at the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Epcot Line and take an express Monorail to Epcot. Staying at 1 of these resorts also meant we could get an early start when the boys were at their freshest. When they needed a break, we went back to our resort to take a nap or a swim and head back later. The extra money we paid to stay at one of the resorts on the monorail line was worth it.
A character meal is always a must do and I think
Chef Mickey's and
The Crystal Palace are both excellent choices for that age. Reservations can be made 180 days in advance and I'd recommend doing that as soon as your window opens up.
Here are some
suggestions for attractions for 2 year olds in the parks.
I answered a question for another Guest with some
tips on strollers that you may also find helpful.
I'm limited in space but please feel free to visit with all of your questions. We're hEAR to help! Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
