It will be my first time visiting on a limited budget. Is there anything to do on campus without buying a ticket? I was thinking about purchasing 2 nights in one of the value savers, and purchasing one day of theme park tickets - family of 3.

    Hi Rachael,

There are many things to do outside of the theme parks. The Downtown Disney and BoardWalk areas are great for window shopping and walking around. There are performers at various times on the BoardWalk which are fun to watch and free of charge. You could also head over to Fort Wilderness in the evening to roast marshmallows at Chip 'n Dale's Campfire Sing-a-Long. While at Downtown Disney, you can hop on one of the ferry boats and ride it over to a resort and explore. Speaking of exploring the resorts, Disney has many incredibly themed properties and "Resort Hopping" is a great way to pass the time. I highly recommend that you head over to the Animal Kingdom Lodge. You can view the animals on the savanna and simply check out this beautiful site. While you can not use the pools at other resorts, you are welcome to look around. It's a great way to pick out where you might want to stay on a future trip.

I hope this gives you some ideas and that you have a wonderful vacation,
