First time visiting Disney in March 22,with young ones and wanted to ask about fast food around the parks? What's it like? How many is there? Are they all card/mobile orders now? Can we expect magic and awesome food? :) thanks SUPER NERVOUS ABOUT IT!

How are you Mary and welcome to planDisney!

Winds from the east, mist coming in, your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation is about to begin! I know traveling with little ones and their picky eating habits can be a tad nerve-wracking. But not to worry there are a ton of quick-service locations around the Disney Parks. I'll walk you through a few of my personal favorites that are practically perfect in every way. If you haven't already, set up your My Disney Experience app on your cell. If you open the map feature you only have to change the setting at the top from Wait Times to Dining to see what eats and treats each park has to offer. You can also utilize Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering within the app for smooth snack transitions.

Magic Kingdom Park is the go-to spot for littles, especially on a first-time visit. The Friar's Nook in Fantasyland offers burgers, hot dogs, and mac and cheese-covered tots that are great for refueling after the childrens' first coaster ride on The Barnstormer. And no trip to the Walt Disney World Resort is complete without a Dole Whip from Aloha Isle.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park is full of snacks for palates wild and tame. Restaurantosaurus is a favorite of my goddaughter. Did you know they give the young archeologists shovels and pails with their kids' meals? Zuri's Sweet Shop in the Africa section of the park is a great spot for sweet treats like pineapple cupcakes and peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. Make sure to give the kids a break at the resting area between Africa and Asia to cool off and spot some characters as they float down the river on barges.

Mary, it can seem a little daunting to tackle the Disney Parks with small ones in tow. But just like a certain nanny that shares your name, you're sure to have a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious time!

    Happy Planning!
