First time visit with 5 yr old son in Sept. Struggling with justification of $$ for Polynesian or WL for accessibility vs. CB or CS (bigger resorts/less accessible/less $). Is the cost of Deluxe worth it for ease of transport? Resort preferences?

Hi Lori - I'll be honest, there's no easy answer for your question.  It really depends upon your vacation budget.

Personally, I do prefer the transportation options at the Polynesian, and do find it worth the extra money (the Wilderness Lodge isn't as accessible, but it's also less expensive).  But, you can absolutely have a wonderful vacation at the Caribbean Beach Club or Coronado Springs.  If you have the extra money in your budget, I'd recommend springing for the more accessible resorts, but don't break the bank.

If you are going to splurge, I'd definitely go for the Polynesian, where you'll have larger rooms, great restaurant options, and access to the Ticket and Transportation Center for the Epcot monorail, the express monorail, and direct buses to Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom.

    I hope that helps!
