Gina, once a
MagicBand+ is
assigned to a Guest, it is typically not able to be reassigned to another Guest. There is currently no way to do this within the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. I would recommend calling a
Cast Member to see what your options might be for that MagicBand+. Happily, there are a few other ways to access the magic!
When you arrive at your
Disney Resorts Collection hotel, stop by the Front Desk to request a
Key to the World Card. This is a complimentary card that will allow you to unlock your hotel room door and tap into the parks. You'll only need one card per guest for your entire visit.
Another option is
Disney MagicMobile Service. This allows you to save your ticket to the wallet of your smartphone, just like you would with a boarding pass or credit card. You'll use your phone to tap in at park entry, just like you would with your MagicBand+. The My Disney Experience Mobile App offers a way to unlock your hotel room door with your phone - so convenient!
