First time to using the dining plan. Does anyone have a good way to keep the dining credits straight? I am concerned that it will be a pain to keep track of the credits. I am a big planner. Should I have some sort of check off list ready?

Hi, Mary!   Your Disney Dining credits are kept track of on your Key to the World card.   When you pay for your meal, whether it is a table service, quick service, or snack, simply give the cast member your Key to the World card.   Your credits will be deducted, and your receipt will list what credits you have remaining.   It's all done for you, just check your receipt each time!   If you ever want to check to see what you have remaining, just take your Key to the World card to guest services and they can look up your account and tell you what your Dining Credit balance is.

Your family's credits will be grouped together on each card.  So, for example, if there are 4 in your family staying in the same room, each of your Keys will be programmed the same.   When you go to pay for your family, you can just present one card, no need to pull out 4 Keys.

This Key to the World card will be programmed with your park tickets, dining credits, serve as your room key, charging privileges (if you leave a credit card account at check-in,) and resort ID if you plan to use Extra Magic Hours, so keep your cards in a safe place!

Have a great time in WDW!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
