Kristen:
Your girls are a great age to enjoy either
T-Rex or
Rainforest Cafe at Disney Springs. If they're animal lovers, Rainforest Cafe offers a jungle atmosphere with monkeys, gorillas, and exotic birds. "Thunderstorms" make the surroundings seem real. At T-Rex, not only dinosaurs star but undersea creatures and prehistoric animals light up the dining rooms. A storm in the "ice room" borders on psychedelic. The menus at both restaurants are varied and offer much for both picky eaters and foodies--well, I shouldn't go that far--but two of my favorite dishes at Disney appear on the T-Rex menu: the mushroom ravioli and the flatbread.
The Magic Kingdom is the obvious one for your must-see list. The second park comes down to
Hollywood Studios or
Animal Kingdom. If your girls love Pixar movies and characters in Cars, Toy Story and The Muppets, Hollywood Studios is your second pick. Attractions like the Frozen Sing-a-long, Little Mermaid, and Beauty and the Beast are aimed for them. Top is off with Toy Story Mania, Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and there's a lot to offer.
Animal Kingdom will appeal to the girls more if they're animal lovers. Under-appreciated Flights of Wonder, Nemo and the Lion King are impressive and will captivate them as well as Kilimanjaro Safaris, Expedition Everest, and Dinosaur. Between the two parks, it simply comes down to whether your daughters enjoy animals or movies. Either park, though, will be equally enjoyed, so don't worry. The girls will have a wonderful time regardless of your final choice.
Wishing y'all a magical vacation.
