First time trip for fam of 4 (boy 7, girl 10) We want a good deal on a disney resort and would like a kitchenette. We disliked food in Disneyland (fast food and overpriced). What would be the best resort w kitchen, pools and resort access?

Hello, Mary!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

I am so sorry to hear about your food experience, but I am sending some pixie dust covered thoughts that your Walt Disney World Resort experience is simply MAGICAL

There are so many fabulous WDW Resorts that offer a mini-kitchen in your room. I am not sure what price level you are interested in, but I will list my favorite for each of the different price level resorts in the WDW Resort area. They are all wonderful and you will be able to put together  some great tasting meals at any one of these resorts.

Value Resort Disney's Art of Animation Resort
Moderate ResortDisney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter
    Deluxe ResortDisney's Animal Kingdom Lodge
Deluxe VillasDisney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Again, these are my most favorite resorts that I highly recommend to guests.  However, you cannot go wrong with any resort as far as I'm concerned.  Do some research online and see if you are leaning towards some others. Remember, you cannot go wrong!
