I’m so excited for you to be preparing to visit the Disneyland Resort. If you have purchased
theme park tickets directly from Disney, you should have received a confirmation email for your purchase. That email contains a link to “Access Your eTickets.” You will also find your tickets in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the
Disneyland app. If your tickets are not present there in the app, I recommend logging out and logging back in using the same email used for making the original theme park tickets purchase. If there are still issues with accessing your tickets, please contact the
Tickets information line or use the chat feature in the Disneyland app to reach a Cast Member. You’ll need the confirmation number from your purchase to help the Cast Member access your purchase and help you gain access to your tickets.

Mobile Food & Beverage Orders, and view times for
entertainment offerings. The Disneyland app also grants your wish for a fun visit to The Happiest Place On Earth through the complimentary
Disney Genie service.
