It's my first time at the park and I'm wondering why I can't see the hours for July

    Hi Diana,

Ooh...your first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!? You are going to LOVE it and I'm SO excited for you! Be sure to ask for a "My First Visit" button when you arrive!

You'll notice park hours are generally released about six months in advance. July 2018 hours have been posted, and you may have noticed something called Extra Magic Hours. If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you may enter a park one hour early or stay two hours late if Extra Magic Hours are offered that day. It's a fantastic perk!

I also want to make sure you know about FastPass+. It's an amazing, complimentary service for all guests where you may select up to three experiences per day to skip the standby lines and enjoy much shorter wait times. Plus, once you've enjoyed your three selections, you may use the My Disney Experience app or an in-park kiosk to add more selections, one at a time, until the parks close. If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you may make your selections 60 days before you arrive, or 30 days before if you're staying elsewhere. Some popular attractions go quickly, so make sure you have your tickets purchased and linked to your account prior to your FastPass+ planning window and log in beginning at 7:00 a.m. Eastern time for the very best selection. If you aren't able to grab a time for something you really want to experience, I'd suggest arriving to the theme park before it opens and heading right to it. Wait times are usually shortest first thing in the morning.

Diana, as you're planning your vacation, please feel free to come back and ask us more questions. All of us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel would love to help make your vacation magical!
