Hi Juanita,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Mickey and Minnie Mouse are doing the happy hand clap. They are so tickled that your son will be coming to visit them at the Walt Disney World Resort!
Since he's just 3-years old, my first tip is to pace yourself. If you stay at a
Resort Hotel on property, you will be able to head back to the resort for a good nap then return to the parks later in the day.
Second, use
Fast Pass+ to reserve times for rides and attractions. If you stay at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel, you can book your Fast Passes 60 days prior to arrival. For my family, Fast Passes are a must-do because they limit our wait time in lines! Take some time to review the attractions at each park and pay attention to height requirements.
The Planning for Preschoolers Guide may be helpful
Third, make
Advanced Dining Reservations for
Character Meals. Character meals provide an easy way to meet all of your preschooler's characters without the hassle of waiting in lines. A few of our favorite character meals are Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, and Hollywood & Vine. The characters sign autograph books, interact and pose for pictures.
Finally, review the
Park Hours for the dates you plan to visit. If staying on property, take advantage of Extra Magic Hours which give resort guests extra time in the parks!
I hope this helps!
