Hi Lauren!
I'm so excited to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your family will have an unforgettable first time together at Walt Disney World Resort! I remember the first time my husband and I took our son to the Magic Kingdom park. Walking down Main Street U.S.A. for the first time as a family of three was a dream come true!
In my opinion, February is a fantastic time of year to go to Disney! When we've visited in February the crowds were low because most kids were in school. Also, the weather in February was warm enough that we weren't freezing but cool enough that we needed a sweatshirt or light jacket in the mornings and evenings. It rained much less than what we experience visiting in the summer months, too!
Visiting the Magic Kingdom park is a great idea! I definitely recommend having breakfast with Winnie the Pooh and his friends at The Crystal Palace. No visit to the Magic Kingdom park is complete without a leisurely boat ride (...err...or several) on
"it's a small world"! Be sure to have a swashbuckling good time on
Pirates of the Caribbean, too! Are either of your kiddos princess-lovers? If so, stop by
Princess Fairytale Hall for a chance to get their pictures taken with royalty! Finally, I recommend ending your evening by watching fireworks over Cinderella Castle.
Lauren, I hope I was able to help give you some ideas how to make magical memories next February! Please visit us again with any questions while you plan your pixie-dusted first trip as a family of four!
