  • Wendy-

Hey there, hi there, ho there and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Your first trip will be filled with excitement and adventure where at every corner are the thrills, sights, sounds and smells of Disney Magic. There is food, lodging and entertainment available for every budget, taste and desire. Get ready to “enter the world of yesterday, tomorrow and fantasy.”

First, I would decide the number of days to visit and create a Disney account in My Disney Experience. Second, check out the amazing resorts to rest your head and relax. We enjoy Walt Disney World Resort hotels for the Disney service, theming, transportation and magnificent pools. The Flying Jib slide at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resort’s Stormalong Bay brings out the pirate in everyone. Arrrg! Third, we decide which theme park to visit each day after we decide where to eat. Typically, we have one delicious in-park meal daily to refresh for the next journey whether it is an attraction, parade, fireworks or meeting our favorite Disney Characters. The fourth decision helps us avoid the attraction lines. FastPass+ reservations shorten your attraction wait or even put you right in front of Maleficent as a fire-breathing dragon in the Festival of Fantasy Parade. The fifth tip is to have a budget for souvenirs. I seriously could go broke shopping. You may purchase Disney Gift Cards for excellent control over your spending. This is the last and most important tip: Don’t try and do everything. Walt Disney World Resort will continue to surprise and delight you with new experiences each visit. This is why we keep coming back.

Wendy, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
