This is my first time going to Disneyland and I am trying to find similar activities we did at Disney World. Does Disneyland have an event like the chocolate dessert bar and fireworks where you can sit in a reserved section for the fireworks?

    Hiya, Amy!

Oh boy! I love the Enchanting Extras available at Walt Disney World. Wonderful experiences like the Frozen Ever After Dessert Party at Epcot World Showcase make for very memorable vacations. I think you'll find equally memorable experiences at Disneyland Resort as well. Your first visit to Disneyland Resort is going to be Fantasmic!

My family has really enjoyed special dining packages that feature not only delicious culinary delights but also preferred seating for select entertainment events. We find value in these special packages because they help us save time for visiting attractions instead of waiting for seating. We gain that benefit while enjoying something we need to do anyway: eat a delicious meal. Scheduled availability of these packages varies. Check the Disneyland Resort dining event list for updated information. For an event most similar to what you have experienced at Walt Disney World, I recommend the World of Color Dessert Party. Eating decadent treats at exclusive reserved seating at your own table during Disney California Adventure Park's amazing nighttime spectacular is simply the most amazing experience! It's my family's favorite way to enjoy World of Color.

I hope you have a magical time, Amy! Please stop by again with any more questions you may have.
