First time to Disney World. Do the restaurants have a ranking or rating associated with them. How do we choose which ones to reserve w/ Fast Pass.

Bon appetit, Sonia! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Dining at Walt Disney World is an adventure in itself. Whatever your taste, you're sure to find something that satisfies it! The most high-end dining experiences are called Signature Dining, and include spots like California Grill, perched high atop Disney's Contemporary Resort; Artist Point, inside Disney's Wilderness Lodge; the Hollywood Brown Derby at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and many more. But the crown jewel is Victoria & Albert's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. This fine dining gem has been a AAA Five Diamond Award recipient every year since 2000. If a high-end, elegant experience is what you're looking for, Victoria & Albert's is the place.

You'll also find a plethora of dining choices at Epcot, featuring cuisines of 11 countries, or pay a visit to Disney Springs and try out new offerings like BOATHOUSE or Morimoto Asia.

To help narrow down your dining choices, I recommend checking out the Disney Food Blog for reviews on everything from fine dining to fun snacking. Whatever you decide, you'll want to make your reservations as soon as you can. I see that you're planning to arrive just before Easter, so many restaurants will be starting to fill up.

And while you're planning your Disney days, you can begin making FastPass+ selections for rides and attractions up to 60 days in advance if you're staying in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

I hope this helps you plan a tasty first visit, Sonia. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
