Hi, Going for the first time to Disney World (fiirst in my family) and I am very excited and overwelm with questions. How many days are recommended to see all the parks? How many are they? Please help, what to make this special for my two boys (10 and 6).

    Hi Swani,

When we visit WDW, we like to go for 7 nights, but there are certainly other guests that visit for fewer nights.  With 4 parks, it is nice to know we have at least 4 full days to visit them.  In addition to the parks, there are also 2 water parks and Downtown Disney.  With 4 days at the parks, the extra days can be spent by revisiting favorites at the parks, a day at a water park and an evening at Downtown Disney, or a lazy day sleeping in and enjoy the resort pool.

To help with planning and figuring out the must-see attractions, I really like www.touringplans.com, which is a website filled with so much information to help with itinerary planning and advice on what days to visit each of the parks.  There is a small fee, but one I find worthwhile to make planning a visit to WDW less intimidating.

I'd also encourage you to visit www.disneyfoodblog.com, www.allearsnet.com, and the Disney Parks Blog for further information about visiting Walt Disney World. And of course, you can send us as many questions as you'd like; we are happy to help!
