This is our first time to Disney World. I bought the dining plan because my family is low salt, no sugar, etc. The dinners where easy to plan but can't find a approved snack list for the different parks? Just a guide to which places to go.

Hello Dana and thanks for asking the Disney Parks Moms Panel such a great question about your dear families upcoming 1st ever visit to Walt Disney World Resort, it's sure to be extra magical indeed!
As my own lovely husband is a Type 2 Diabetic and uses diet to help control his symptoms I can relate to your important query about discovering appropriate snacks during your Disney vacation.
Although I don't have a Disney official or approved snack list to show you, I'm happy to share that when I'm searching for something delicious and healthy for my husband to snack on I take a peek at the Disney Dining - Counter Service list of locations and take a look at what's on offer, see if it's included within any of the Disney Dining Plans and also check the various menus.
Disney is committed to providing Guests with a healthy food balance with Disney Check and its Nutritional Criteria Guide and it may also help to know that Guests with Special Dietary Requests can seek assistance by contacting the email address contained within my previous link and of course can ask Cast Members at dining locations for their knowledgable dietary guidance on items from the menu.  Plus don't forget to look out for Mickey Check meals during your stay!
Wishing you and your family an enchanted 1st visit to Walt Disney World Resort.
