    First time Disney visitors!! How much time should we allow for transportation to a restaurant prior to our dining reservation? For example, we have reservations for 8:30pm at the Boathouse. What time should we board a bus?

    Hi Mandy,

    First time Disney visitors?!?!?!  WOO HOO!!!!  I'm so excited for you and your family...you don't even know what fun and AMAZING times you're in for! 

    I absolutely LOVE The Boathouse Restaurant, located at The Landing at Disney Springs.  The food is wonderful and so is the location!  Disney Springs is unbelievable.  In fact, I think I would recommend you get there a few hours before your reservation.  There is ALOT to explore! 

    I would suggest that if you are traveling from a theme park to Disney Springs that you allow at least 1 1/2 hours (which is 15 minutes) before your actual reservation time.  If you're with a person who is like me...(I stop multiple times to gaze at everything), give yourself a little more time than that.  Disney buses are very efficient and convenient, but certainly not speedy.
