This is our first time to Disney. We are staying for 6 nights. Children are 7 and 4. We don't know where to eat and feel over whelmed with the choices. Children are very fussy and will only eat American food. Please help!

    Hi Cara!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel.  Since you are a first time visitor, I highly recommend picking up the book "The Complete Walt Disney World" by Julie and Mike Neal.  It is a great book for first time visitors, as it is full of information and tips but is not overwhelming.  It is also a beautiful book full of color photographs.  It will give you a good feel for everything there is do at Walt  Disney World.

With regards to food, there are a lot of great Table Service (full service) and Quick Service (think fast food) restaurants at Walt Disney World.  I recommend picking out a couple of places in each park to get started.  To see the menu, including prices, for all of the restaurants at Walt Disney World, I recommend visiting the independent website AllEars.Net.  The team at All Ears does a great job keeping their information current with all of the changes at Walt Disney World.

That said, I do have some recommendations based on where my children, ages 12 and 7, love to eat:
    • Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom
    • Via Napoli in Epcot
    • Garden Grill in Epcot
    • Sci Fi Dine In Theater in Disney's Hollywood Studios
    • Whispering Canyon Cafe in the  Wilderness Lodge
    • Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary

I hope this helps!  Write back with more questions!
