    It’s going to be our first time at Disney. We will be staying at Contemporary. Day one we will walk to Magic Kingdom. Day two we plan to go to Epcot the to Animal Kingdom. What is the best and quickest way to travel to the parks and back to resort?

    It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Planning a first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is awesome and we are here to help you along the way. 

    Staying at Disney's Contemporary Resort is amazing because the hotel is very close to Magic Kingdom Park, so your first day is already perfectly planned. 

    To go beyond Magic Kingdom Park, the best and quickest transportation option for you inside the Walt Disney World Resort is a Minnie Van™. The Minnie Van™ Service can be requested on your smartphone through the Lyft app and cars are usually minutes away. All Minnie Van™ drivers are knowledgeable Cast Members and the vehicles accommodate up to six Guests and are equipped with two car seats for the little ones. 

    You may also take advantage of a complimentary Monorail ride to get to Epcot from Disney's Contemporary Resort by taking the Resort Monorail to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then boarding the Epcot Monorail to get to the Theme Park. To go to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, you may use the complimentary bus service at Disney's Contemporary Resort.
