first time to Disney! where do I start. ?

    Natalie, welcome to planDisney!

So you're visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth for the first time in... well, forever! I know planning a vacation to Walt Disney World Resort can be overwhelming. However, we're here for you at planDisney. That means Hakuna Matata!

Let me give you some tips on where to begin:

When it comes to putting a vacation package together, you can speak directly to a friendly Cast Member. You can let them know your budget and they can find something that meets your needs. They will be able to book accommodation and tickets for you, as well as answer any questions you might have. Another option is to find an authorized Disney vacation planner. There are a number of no-fee agents who can help you plan your vacation, often even saving you lots of money in the process. As Scrooge McDuck says, "Look after the pennies, and the pounds will look after themselves"

There are four Theme Parks and two Water Parks on property. At the very least, I'd encourage you to visit as many of the four Theme Parks as possible. Each one is delightfully magical in its own way. Have a look online and see all the enchanting things on offer at each of the Theme Parks. Once you have purchased your tickets, you'll want to create a My Disney Experience account. You can then make reservations at the Theme Parks you'd like to visit.

I always urge people to stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel. There are so many magical benefits available to Guests staying on property.

As Winnie the Pooh once said, "What could be more important than a little something to eat?" Natalie, did you know that Walt Disney World is famous for its amazing food? There are so many delightful places to eat, not only at the Theme Parks but also at the Disney Resorts and Disney Springs. You're going to be spoilt for choice!

One of the many benefits of staying on property is the ability to make dining reservations up to 60 days in advance of your trip plus the length of your stay (up to 10 days). Since restaurants fill up quickly, this means that you are far more likely to get a table at the place you set your heart on.

With the 50th Anniversary Celebration currently underway, this is a "practically perfect" time to visit, Natalie. Please stop by planDisney again in the build-up to your trip if you have any other questions. You're going to have the most wonderful time.

    See ya real soon!
