Hey there, Ashley!
Thanks for visiting us here on the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can't wait for your spooktacular fall trip to the Happiest Place on Earth during
Halloween Time. You will find seasonal touches around every corner of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park from themed decor to treats to even Characters and attractions themselves. To see which parades, fireworks, and entertainment are planned for your visit, take a look at the
Daily Events Schedule which is updated six weeks in advance.
While Halloween Time is drawing nearer, this also means we have to say a bug-bye to Disney California Adventure Park's "a bug's land." While we are sad to see this land go, exciting new experiences will be coming soon. Even apart from "a bug's land" we have enjoyed much of Disney California Adventure Park with our toddler. Attractions like The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel's Undersea Adventure, Monster's, Inc. Mike and Sulley to the Rescue!, Toy Story Midway Mania, and Pixar Pal-A-Round have always been a hit. Plus your little one will love the Disney Junior Dance Party! and meeting favorite Characters around the park.
There are plenty of Princess experiences at both parks. My number one spot for Princess fun is at Fantasy Faire of Disneyland Park. Here you can meet Princesses at the Royal Hall as well as seem some perform at the Royal Theatre. You can also mingle with the famous sisters from Frozen at Disney California Adventure Park at Anna and Elsa's Royal Welcome. Keep an eye on the Disneyland app for all Character appearances through the parks.
I hope this helps, and please feel free to return if you have any other questions. Have a magical day!
