This is our first time to Disney. We are not staying at a resort hotel, so we do not have the magic bands. Is there anything more than our tickets and the credit card used to make the reservations for the park that is needed to get in to a park?

    Howdy Heather!

Welcome to planDisney!  Thank you for stopping by and sharing your questions with us!

Oh, boy!  You will be at the Walt Disney World Resort in just a couple of weeks!  I know you are excited!  Since this is your first time visiting the Walt Disney World Resort, I hope you are ready to have a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious time!

Now that you have your tickets, you will need to make Disney Park Pass Reservations for each park day.  I just took a look at the Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar, and park days are booking up quickly!  Ensure that your theme park tickets are linked in your My Disney Experience so you can easily make your Disney Park Pass Reservations.  I have placed several links in the text above to have easy access to make your Disney Park Pass Reservations.  If you would like to use the Disney MagicBands for quick and easy access to the theme parks, you can link your theme park tickets to any Disney MagicBand.  If you would like to purchase a MagicBand, go to shopDisney and find the “Practically Perfect” MagicBands for your party!

Your vacation is “Just Around the Riverbend,” and you are going to be making tons of unforgettable memories!  To capture an unlimited amount of photos, I recommend taking pictures with as many Disney PhotoPass Photographers as possible!  The Disney PhotoPass Photographers will add lots of unforgettable moments to your first-time visit!  If you ask the Disney PhotoPass Photographer for a Magic Shot, then you never know who might pop up on your photo!  Take a moment to check out Memory Maker before your vacation!  I love Memory Maker!  With Memory Maker, you can capture an unlimited amount of photos at one great price, and the best part is that everyone is in the photo!

It looks like you are almost ready to take off to Neverland!  You have your tickets, credit card, Disney Park Pass Reservations, and Memory Maker!  Now, all you need to do is pick up the First-Time Button at Guest Services at the theme parks' entrance!  Your button will allow everyone to share in your first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!  The Cast Members love to see guests sharing their First-Time Buttons for all to see!

If you have any more questions before your vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort or while you are in the theme parks, please come back to planDisney!  We look forward to helping you again, Heather!  When you see Mickey, please wave hi from all of us at planDisney!

    See Ya Real Soon,
    Tamela
