    Hi, this is the first time we are going to be in Disney during winter (January).We will stay for the first time in Port Orleans Riverside. Does anybody knows about the water temperature at the pools this time of the year? Is it too cold? Thanks

    Hi Cristhine and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    As a mum of a 13-year old boy who loves nothing more than swimming when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort, I know exactly where you are coming from.

    To my knowledge, all of the Disney Resort hotel outdoor pools are heated to 82 degrees all year long.

    We have visited during the winter months (typically over Christmas & New Year) several times during past years and whilst you won't find half as many Guests swimming when the weather is cooler, it never stops us!
