This will be my first time in Disney. Coming 2nd weekend of Aug. I want to go and see the lanterns from Rapunzel. But I can't find it on the app. Can you tell me what park and times or point me in the right direction?

    Hi Jennifer,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How exciting to be planning your very first Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I'm SO excited for you and I hope that this will just be the first of many magical vacations for you and your family. At last, you'll see the light!

The "Must-Do" Tangled lantern prop photo opportunity is located at Magic Kingdom Park. When in the park, head back to Fantasyland. Rapunzel Tower is located to the left of "it's a small world", and across from the queue for Peter Pan's Flight. In the evening, after dusk, you can usually find a PhotoPass photographer near Rapunzel Tower. The Disney Parks Blog featured an article with information about this fun photo opportunity, along with idea for several other fun photo spots. You will want to note that Disney PhotoPass opportunities are subject to change. Therefore, be sure to use the My Disney Experience app to search for photographers when you are there. You'll need to sign in to the app, scroll down to "My Photos", then "Find Photographers". If you are a Tangled fan, you are sure to find the Rapunzel Tower and the themed restrooms to be absolutely enchanting.

    Wishing you magical memories,

    Kaylene
