Hi first time to dis April26-may2 with dh dd6 and dd turning 3 on 27th have dp and res@chef mickeys for bday dinner, which park to visit and how do you plan what park and resturant for each day how our crowds and weather when can make res for dining thanks

Hi Stefani - congrats on planning your first visit!  I'd expect the time frame of April 26 to May 2 to be about average crowd-wise.  Weather during that time frame is highs in the mid-eighties, with lows in the sixties.  When I go during that time, my family usually wears shorts every day.

To choose which park to visit which day, many folks turn to the touring plans at touringplans.com.  For my family, we often just decide on which restaurants we want to eat at, make advanced dining reservations, and then choose the parks that way, avoiding those with magic hours.  Once we are at Walt Disney World, if we are able to wake up, get ready, and travel to the early extra magic hour park prior to opening, we will visit that park and then move on when magic hours are over.  If you don't have the park hopper option on your ticket, you may just want to avoid the park with extra magic hours.

You are able to make dining reservations 90 days in advance, and I'd recommend calling as soon as you are able.  In the meantime, browse the menus at allears.net to decide where you'd like to eat, so you'll be ready!

    Most importantly, have fun!
