    Hi! We are going for our first time in December. Very excited to see WDW in it's Christmas glory! Will the 3:00 parade be more of a Christmas parade at MK on 12/23, or will it be the same parade we would catch the week before 12/14-12/18? Thank you!

    Hello Sarah! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.  

    Christmastime is my very favorite time to be at the Disney Parks.  In fact, my family and I have spent the past couple of Christmases there and have another trip planned this year! The 3:00 p.m. parade on December 23rd will not be the typical afternoon parade.  After the last Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party date, the afternoon parade switches from the Festival of Fantasy Parade to Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade.  I love both parades so if you get the chance to see both it is worth it!

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
