Hi Amy!
You have chosen a beautiful resort! I like to be a bit early for my dining reservations, so I always arrive at the restaurant at least 15 minutes before my reservation. The bus ride from Port Orleans Resort to Animal Kingdom theme park can take 25 to 30 minutes. The latest you should be ready at the bus stop at your resort is 7:35am. Keep an eye out for the crowd level, because if there's lots of people at the bus stop, it could take a bit longer.
For your dinner reservation, you can take a bus from Animal Kingdom to Epcot, which will take about 20 minutes.
