Hi Stacey!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so glad you sailed your way over to ask us questions while preparing for your inaugural voyage sailing with Captain Mickey! I can hear your excitement through your question! You've chosen a frightfully fabulous itinerary for your first Disney Cruise!
Halloween on the High Seas will be a blast! I can't wait for you to step aboard the Disney Dream for the first time. It's my favorite ship!
Bringing your own personal refillable mug onboard, such as a refillable Disney cup from the Walt Disney World Resort, to use at the all-you-can-drink beverage station is a great idea! My family and I do this for every cruise. For sanitation purposes, there will be small cups available at the beverage station to use in order to fill up your own refillable cup. It's there for you any time of the day or night! Something else you can bring from home is snorkel gear! It's so lightweight and easy to pack. I suggest bringing a snorkel and mask from home to use in the Snorkeling Lagoon on Castaway Cay's Family Beach! Keep an eye out for the hidden Mickey, too!
The
Atlantis Aquaventure is a super fun and popular Port Adventure. If it's unavailable by your advance booking date, don't give up hope! Many Guests often change their plans before setting sail so I suggest checking online frequently to see if it becomes available before your cruise. If it's still not available, please try stopping by the Port Adventures Desk once you arrive onboard to see if there are any openings or if you could get on a waiting list!
Stacey, it was a pleasure answering your question. Please visit us again before you set sail on the Disney Dream this upcoming October!
