Hi Sarah!
Ahoy and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! And WAHOO for booking your first Disney Cruise Line vacation! I am so very excited for you and the adventures that await you onboard the beautiful Disney Fantasy! Be sure you look at the
onboard photo packages so you can ensure all the magical memories make their way home with you after your voyage!
Online Check-In and onboard booking will open 75-days prior to sailing for first-time Disney Cruise Line Guests. I am sure you have this date set on your calendar already, but if not, go ahead and do so! I understand your concern about being able to secure reservations to some of the “onboard fun” activities such as character breakfast tickets and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique reservations, but my honest opinion is that you will likely be able to reserve them! Even if you are unable to do so on that exact day your window opens, check back
often as other Guests’ plans change and if they cancel a reservation it automatically becomes available to book. On a seven-night voyage they will typically offer the character breakfast more than one day allowing more Guests the opportunity to book that experience!
If you are unable to secure tickets or reservations prior to your voyage, make it a priority on embarkation day to stop by Guest Services and/or the
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to inquire about availability. Quick hint – the onboard booking window will open at the stroke of midnight (EST), so plan to log-into your
"My Reservations" account then (set it up ahead of time so you won’t have to do it at that time). Additionally, it is not necessary to complete the Online Check-In prior to booking onboard activities, so book those activities first and then complete the online check-in. You can even wait a few days to complete the check-in; just make sure to complete it at least three days prior to sailing!
Wishing you a
FANTAStic and memorable adventure with Captain Mickey!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
